Community room rentals are how managed by Common Interest Management Services (CIMS).
Reservation process
Fill out the Agreement Form to secure your spot.
Mail or drop off the Agreement form along with your deposit payment to CIMS.
Prior to your reservation, you'll walk through the room with the community room custodian and receive a key.
After your event, clean everything (including washing floors) and return the room to its prior state.
Take all trash with you. The community recycling and green bin is not for this purpose.
Return your key and do another walkthrough with the custodian.
If all is in order, your deposit will be returned in 7 days.

Reservations are tracked on the Calendar on the CIMS portal.
